Do we process sensitive information? No. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information such as financial account details, precise geolocation, health data, or other categories defined as sensitive under privacy laws.
How do we use your information? Your data powers our Services—authenticating your account, connecting with third-party platforms you authorize, enabling you to create and publish content, and improving your experience. We also use it to communicate updates and provide support.
Do we share your data with anyone? We don't sell your information. We share data only with trusted service providers (like AWS for hosting and Stripe for payments), with third-party platforms when you authorize the connection, and when legally required.
Where is your data stored? Our infrastructure is in the United States (Virginia). If you're accessing from elsewhere, your data crosses borders to reach our servers.

When you authorize our LinkedIn integration, we interact with LinkedIn's API per your granted permissions. Your relationship with LinkedIn is governed by their terms and policies.

Important: We use secure OAuth 2.0 authentication for third-party services. You log in directly on the third-party's website (such as LinkedIn), not ours. We never see, collect, or store your third-party account passwords. The third party provides us only with an access token and the data you authorize us to access.
As part of our Services, you may link your Leapd account with third-party service provider accounts (such as LinkedIn) by granting us access to your third-party account as permitted under the applicable terms and conditions that govern your use of each third-party account.
You represent and warrant that you are entitled to grant us access to your third-party account without breach of any terms and conditions, and without obligating us to pay fees or making us subject to usage limitations imposed by the third-party service provider.
By granting us access to third-party accounts, you understand that:
YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS IS GOVERNED SOLELY BY YOUR AGREEMENT(S) WITH THOSE PROVIDERS. We make no effort to review Third-Party Content for accuracy, legality, or non-infringement, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Content.
If a third-party account or service becomes unavailable, or if our access is terminated by the third-party provider, then Third-Party Content may no longer be available through our Services.
You can disconnect third-party accounts at any time through:
When you disconnect, we will attempt to delete information obtained through the third-party account from our servers, except for basic profile information (such as username and profile picture) that has become associated with your Leapd account. Deletion occurs within 30 days of disconnection.
We comply with the API Terms of Use, Developer Agreements, and policies of all third-party service providers we integrate with. We use third-party data only for purposes consistent with your authorization and the third party's terms and policies.
We retain your information while your account is active and as needed to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.
When you close your account or request deletion:
Accounts inactive for 24 consecutive months may be anonymized or deleted after 60 days' notice.
Our infrastructure is located in the United States (AWS us-east-1 region in Virginia). By using our Services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
We implement appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adherence to applicable data protection frameworks.
Important: Despite our safeguards, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication.

Retention: Categories A, B, D, F, G, I, J, K are retained throughout your account lifecycle or as required by legal obligations. Data is deleted within 30 days of account closure or deletion request.
